OomTools's image, PDF and text tools process your content entirely within your browser using client-side code. Your files and text are not transmitted to, or stored on, our servers as part of using these tools.
We use your browser's localStorage to remember small, non-personal preferences: your theme choice, the slugs (not the contents) of tools you recently used, and your consent selections. We do not store your dates of birth, weight, height, entered text, JSON, Base64 data, or processed output.
If analytics are enabled and you consent where required, we collect a minimal set of anonymous product events (for example, that a tool page was viewed). We never send the contents of your files or inputs.
We may display ads through Google AdSense. When enabled, AdSense and its partners may use cookies to serve and measure ads. In regions that require it, personalized advertising is only enabled after you provide consent through a certified consent management platform. You can change your choices at any time via the "Privacy settings" link in the footer.

Preferences stored in localStorage remain until you clear them or your browser removes them. We do not retain your processed files because we never receive them.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we minimize the data we collect, most requests can be satisfied by clearing your browser storage. For other requests, contact us.
OomTools is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
