Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 1 August 2026

At OomTools, we are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including individuals with disabilities. We continuously improve the user experience across our 252 web utilities and apply relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status & Standards

We target compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

To achieve this across our 13 tool categories, we prioritize:

  • Keyboard Navigation: Ensuring interactive tool forms, canvas controls, buttons, and conversion inputs can be operated using a keyboard (Tab, Enter, Space).
  • Semantic HTML: Using native HTML5 elements (<main>, <nav>, <article>, <button>) so screen readers can parse page structures effortlessly.
  • Color Contrast: Maintaining high contrast ratios for text readability in both Light and Dark mode interfaces.
  • ARIA Labels: Providing accessible names and descriptive text for interactive icon buttons and canvas elements.
  • Responsive Scaling: Supporting up to 200% page zoom without breaking tool canvas components or text visibility.

Known Accessibility Limitations

While we strive to make all 252 tools fully accessible, some complex tools (such as interactive HTML5 Canvas tools or image croppers) may offer limited screen-reader feedback due to the nature of visual canvas rendering. We provide text-based alternatives for canvas outputs wherever possible.
